Issue in game with text chat

For some reason, during a game, the text chat will randomly appear (as if pressing enter, and getting ready to type something to team/all chat). It may not seem to be that much of an issue at first, but its really quite frustrating when you're about to kill someone and it gets in your way. For example, I can be playing Yasuo, and pressing q, but it'll randomly press enter (or whatever the case is that causes it to open up text chat) and it won't allow me to use the spell until I close it out (by pressing enter again). I'm not sure if its an issue with the hotkeys, but I checked all of them and they don't seem to be the reason why it's acting this way. It happens at any time, and any moment, and it's been going on for about a week on my account and my pbe account alike. If anyone had the same problem / has a solution let me know, thanks. :P
