Mastery Page Bug

If the league client is to far to the right side where you cant click the X to close out of the mastery page you are forced to hit Alt-F4 because you cant close or move the league client. I have added a link to show you what happens. Please fix this. I believe the easiest fix would be clicking in the blank area will close the mastery page or to add the ability to move the client while you have the mastery page open.
