Issue with new Twitch Prime capsule

So I tried to link my League account to my twitch account, and when it autofilled my league information when i attempted to claim the reward, I used the wrong account that I havent played on in years. Is there any way to either make this one unclaim from that account or for me to claim the next one in 30 days on my actual account? help would be appreciated
