Solo/Duo Champ Select Glitch

I am extremely unimpressed right now. I get to the pick/ban phase and for some reason the client won't show me any of the champions making it impossible for me to ban a champion. Once my timer ran out, not only did i get kicked from the lobby, but i got a queue dodge timer as well! Not cool Rito, not cool at all.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I've read about this happening to other people, but I decided not to test the new client out of fear of how buggy it'd be (I was right). But there's been other rare times where that has happened to me, but I've seen more Posts about it recently than ever before
