CRASH AT STARTUP [CRASH]

FIrst of all,I play at server Singapore/Malaysia.I want to post/report this crash at their server but for some reason they remove the forum.So I got nowhere to go but here. Usually when I click the play button ( .exe) it would first appear the LoL logo then the client/game but today it just appear the logo.I thought I need to wait a bit longer but when I check on task manager it seem the client/game is close by itself and there's no bugsplat pop-up at all.

I already try the auto repair and re-installing the entire game but it still didn't work
