[Client] Can't click out side client / Can't use in-client links(?)

The first issue with not being able to click outside the client is really annoying because the fastest way to fix it is logging off my computer (I'm on Windows if that helps). It's happened twice and both times it's been after closing and reopening my laptop. Possibly unrelated, but I have my laptop set to not turn off when closed while charging so that's my best guess as to what went wrong. This only happens from time to time (twice for me) but, as I said, it's annoying.

So the second issue is where when I click on any button or text in the client that would normally take me to a website, it just doesn't do anything. For example: Clicking the Report A Bug icon in the lower right of the client doesn't do anything. (I actually don't know if it takes you to a website because it's never worked.) Another example is that there's currently a quest that asks you to watch games, but upon clicking the link nothing happens. This happens all the time. I haven't found a way to fix this, even temporarily.

I'm not sure if it's allowed to post multiple bugs in the same post, so apologies if it isn't. I also have 2 mores bugs but they're totally unrelated to this so I'll make a post for them later.
