I'm getting kicked out of Queue

My internet connection is very strong all the time but I get kicked out of Queue very often. That happens often when a match is found, and sometimes during the "finding match". I don't even get close with the mouse over accept/decline and it kicked me, that happens in the first half of a second when a match is found. I have restart the game, and even my laptop a few times but it was not better, sometimes I click accept and everything is fine, but most of the time I get kicked and than it says I was afk and now I have a ban and I have never decline a match, I even never surrender especially not going afk. And sometimes the game tries to recconect me, but only when a game is about to be found, but with my internet connection is everything fine and it never happen during gameplay or during some other multyplayer games, only when I wait for a game, than after 5 minutes of waiting a match is found, it kicked me, says that it was my fault and now I am punished for that and I can't even start finding game. I have wait 5 minuts, restarted my laptop and game a few times, and again, and now I have to wait another not five but 15 minutes for being kicked out of a found match.
