Bug with chest! Please riot can u fix it? I have big problem
I have a big problem with chests. Every time I get S with this hero I do not get S though I have no chest got with it. I do not get fragments too. Please fix this big problem.

what honor level are you? also do you have chest available on your profile?
on your profile page at the bottom left corner there is the amount of available chest you can get at the moment. And honor level is alos on that profile page between your rank and your mastery score. you can only get chest when you have at least one available and player under honor level 2 cannot receive rewards.
