Resistance Illaoi possible bugs - unexpected errors while walking

So, today I had few errors like this and I thought it was just a lag becase my internet is not that great, but when I played this game it really was too much even for a lag caused my network and when my teammates started pinging I realised it's not just my pc. I am not sure is this caused by Resistance Illaoi cause Annie had same problem too, but I think it happened only when I played her today. [cass-cry]

**** Small update, It's not just about this skin, I posted this video in facebook group and a lot of players said they had same problem with diffrent champions and skins.
