PBE Terms of Service in un-changeable language?

I was logging in to the client and was asked to change my username, as many others, and when i checked to see if it was the same on the PBE server it gave me a terms of service list. Problem is, it's in german and I don't speak one word of german. I can't seem to change it, even when I choose english while logging in?

Anyone else experience this problem, and/or does anyone know how to fix it?
