[Gameplay] Camera freeze while dead

While waiting to respawn, I've run across a 100% reliable way to get the camera to freeze in place. If you click and drag the camera on the minimap and then, before letting go, press space (or whatever key you use to center camera) and then let go of the minimap camera view, the camera will be frozen when you let go. This is reproducible for me and all of my friends.
