Smart Ping Cursor Bug (In game/Client)

I've been experiencing a bug wherein my cursor moves erratically when using the radial smart ping. About 9/10 times I go to smart ping, my cursor will not start in the middle of the interface and instead on one of the four buttons (usually 'Assist me' or 'On my way'). More frustratingly, the cursor will move much faster than my mouse movements would indicate, and sort of magnetize to corners of the screen. Moving slightly to the left to ping 'missing' will bring my cursor all the way across the screen immediately (sometimes not even in the direction I moved my mouse). This basically makes the game unplayable for me, because pinging is functionally the only way to communicate. People have experienced this issue on Windows 8.1, but I'm on Windows 10, implementing the changes that was supposed to help those players made no difference for me. I've been experiencing this bug for at least a week, perhaps the last two patches (So maybe 7.4-now, maybe earlier). Hard for me to tell when it started, as I've just got back in to playing as the semester has ended.

Relevant Specs & settings: Windows 10 8 GB RAM, DDR4 i5-6400 GTX 1060 Mouse: Razer Deathadder 2013 Monitor: 144hz 1080p, plus an additional monitor that isn't used for LoL. Fullscreen Mode

Here's what worked for me (I'm on Windows 10)

  1. Click the Start menu

  2. Search "System Configuration"

  3. Click the "services" tab

  4. In the bottom left-hand corner, click hide all Microsoft services

  5. Disable all

  6. Click Apply, OK, and then allow your computer to restart.

It may not help with the Alt + move mouse = ping.. But I have my 4 pings setup on z, x, c, v So I just move mouse to location, then tap the ping I want to use on my keyboard.

I have the exactly same bug on my two razer deathadder mice. One is deathadder 2013 and the other one is deathadder elite which I just bought last month. The problem only appears recently. Below I listed all the solutions I tried, none of them solve the problem completely except for the last one.

  1. Tried them on two different laptops. Both of the laptops were using windows 10. Got jumping problems on both, especially when I was trying to ping.

  2. Rollback to an older version of razer synapse. Didn't work at all.

  3. Turn off razer synapse Relieve the problem a little bit. But the mouse jumping is still noticeable when i was trying to ping. And what is even more weird is that the mouse sensitivity seems to be much lower after I turned the razer synapse off.

  4. Disable game scanner of razer synapse Not only did I disable it in the razer synapse, I also disabled it in the service panel from the task manager. This is the best solution I found so far. But when I tried to spam the ping, the cursor still jumps randomly 1 time out of 10. Not sure why this solution works better then turning razer synapse off.

  5. Use a cheap 3$ mouse I bought from taobao Done! Problem Solved! No laggy, no jumpy. Everything works perfect now.

I haven't tried the razer deathadder in other games. And if anybody else found a better solution other than ditching razer completely. Please let me know.[sg-lulu]

Its a bug that has been in game for a while and riot didn't know how to fix it.First I thought it was with my sensor on mouse or something with internet connection as is start lagging when it happens. This bug wasnt so common but with new season coming and first 9.1 update they added a lot of things and this bug became really common.I expect them to fix it.They maybe don't have OK balance team but their design and bilug fix teams are on point.
