Not Receiving Champion Capsule (lv12 basic)

I leveled up to 12 and it showed a screen after the game that I will get a 'basic champion capsule' in my 'loot' and a screen lock until I confirmed. After getting out of the lobby I went to loot and it wasn't there. I checked my owned characters and BE in case the game decided to open the capsule automatically and there is no change. I reset the game and the 'basic champion capsule' is still not there. I checked the website and it confirms that there is a 'basic champion capsule' rewarded at lv12.
