Guardian Angel issue

I was playing ranked game and vayne( my team) kills CAitlyn (enemy team) its was early game and then she pops guardian angel. She didnt had it on build itens and it does not show the guardian angel in caitlyn character. So many issues in the game. It was a ranked game and we lose the game in less then 20 min. it happened the same with annie in the same game. Riot please stop the updates or at least make something good that does not give a lot of problems. And in this day it was not the only problem. I will Open a new discussion for ludens.
