Bugsplat keeps splatting as soon as I attempt to open client. Won't stop until I restart computer.

I included a capture. The first time it happened I think I sent these for a good 2-3 minutes before I gave up. I can't open my client whatsoever without being flooded by bugsplats. Running the hextech repair tool now to see if it helps. Will update. But this is literally unplayable haha.

Edit 1: Hextech repair to repatch did not help. Running Reinstall now.

Edit 2: Hextech repair to reinstall (not clean install) did not help. Trying clean now.

Edit 3: Complete manual uninstall/reinstall seems to have fixed the problem. Client will launch now.
