My champion cant move in small sessions

Hi fellow league players. I think i might have found a bug that is a pain in the *** for me because it makes me either very vulnerabel or an easy free kill. So. My client looks fine i can get into games and so on... But we spawn and go to the lanes my champion sometimes is stuck in the direction im walking in. I cant flash or recall.. i cant use no summoner spells or even my champion ablilities. I checked my ping to see if it was my internet but it wasnt cause my internet is on 30 ping constantly. Its just that i cant really move in small sessions at the time. usually happens with a space of 10 seconds of each "bug-hit".

Please help me cause i have considered quitting League because of this but i dont want to, cause i love this game.

same here started happening after the new patch once in a while the lag lasts longer and tell me that im attempting to reconnect i dont have any abnormal ping issues either and running at solid fps with no drops update: its getting worse game is unplayable at current state u guys should disable ranked or fix this asap
