League regularly freezing, with a windows sound. Exactly what happens in the first clip of this vid

Not sure why this happens, but it happens very often. Also happens more frequently when playing with friends. My computer should have no issue running the game, and league is the only game it has any trouble with. Anyone have a solution?

Also, when it happens, I can't close the game by any means other than restarting or signing out of my account. I can't switch to task manager because league is forced into the front.
