New client bugs

After closing, the client remained open (past 24 hours) and upon re-opening league told me to close the client that was open already. Had to close through task manager, using 13.4 mb ram. When attempting to connect to my first game with the new client, after champ select, the loading screen was delayed by 2 minutes, (didn't happen with previous client the day before) Slow loading, once i got to 100%, loading screen closed and wouldn't let me reconnect until the third try.

Can't find a way to buy rune pages in the new client. I'm either lost, bug.
