Cant Get out of fountain

I got a Bug where i enter the game at 1:50 leading to me unable to get out of fountain, i even tried to flash out but my champ just go back in and the fountain attacked me. I eventually relogged but when the game ended i got into low priority queue due to the bug as i entered the game at around 10 min. Plz fix.Thank You.
