Client Issues

Ever since the last patch ive experienced immense lag in the client and even if i ignored that and got in a game, the game was still laggy af unplayable even. Ive done a full repair a couple of times but it doesnt do anything.Right now the client begins to start when i open it but freezes and just turns into a small white box that says League of Legends on the top left of the screen. And i cant figure it out.Anyone else experience the same thing? Any recommendations on a fix? I dont think my internet is the problem and ive even done all the latest windows updates(windows 10)...
