Mastery Icon's not showing

I recently played a game as varus where i tried to cast my mastery emote, It didn't go off and told me i wasn't a high enough level with varus to cast it, it also did not show up on kills etc, I checked a mastery site to check during the game and i was still lvl 5 with him, even after the game i checked and i had lvl 5.. I'm pretty sure this is a bug u may wanna look into it.
