Disconnect without a loss

On 9/23/2017 I got the message where it disconnects you from the game and is trying to reconnect you. I then exited the game hoping to reconnect from client, no pop up. 2 hours pass by I check and no loss. Of all the things I could assume happened someone maybe got perma banned and it auto disconnected everyone. I added one of the people and he even said he got kicked I just want some clarification Ty Vm.
