Game crashes when Nexus explodes

So, this has been a new issue since 5.11 has come out. Sometimes this happens, sometimes this doesn't, and it happens in both custom, and normal games. Right when the Nexus explodes and the screen pans over to the Nexus, about half-way through the pan, my screen freezes and there isn't anything I can do about it but restart my PC. It doesn't count as a leave but it is annoying to keep restarting my PC when I finish a game of League. Is anyone else having this problem?
