50 ping, but unable to move at random occasions.

I've run into this same bug over and over again and it has been torture to encounter... I usually sustain around 50 ping, but after this new patch I have had issues where I would be 50 ping and would not be able to move/use abilities/use summs/etc... All the while, everything is running smoothly and there is no sign of ping spikes or micro dc's. Will be adding link soon showcasing this; if anyone has a solution or has experienced this, please let me know.
