Weird things, Different things happening on 2 EUW Accs

I have multiple EUW accs, one of them has access to a new shop design aswell as the Mecha Kingdom Skins, the new modes etc.. And the other one has the old client with the only Mecha Kingdom Skin available being Setts. I can view the Splashes of the other Skins in my collection tab but i cannot buy them. The Mode just doesnt pop up

Anyone having similar Problems?
