Shift key bug

Earlier today I was playing a game and randomly my abilities just stopped working or were quick casted whenever i pressed them. I was confused at first but then noticed that everytime i'd right click to move, the red attack key marker would show instead of the normal green marker. So I'm assuming that there's a problem with the shift key in league. I know it's not my computer because the shift key works fine when i'm alt tabbed, it's only in league that it starts bugging. I've tried unbinding the keys that use the shift key, i've tried rcing, restarting client, and am now repairing my client, but nothing so far has worked. It's also worth noting that the bug only occurs when i'm pretty far into the game, at least 15-20 mins in. Before then everything usually works perfectly fine. And strangely, it seems to fix itself sometimes, but then usually breaks again. If anyone knows why this happens or how i can stop it, if repairing doesn't work, that'd be amazing. Dank u.

UPDATE; I repaired the client and it's still bugged, gonna try reinstalling.

UPDATE; reinstalling did not work

UPDATE; it seems like deleting the input config file and running as admin fixes the issue for a while, but it still randomly pops up in game
