[CLIENT] Frozen patcher

I have restarted multiple times, but every time I click on my league patcher, the patcher is just frozen as if it were an image. I can't click anything on the patcher, not even the X. When I force close my patcher, and I attempt to reopen the patcher, it'll display an error that the patcher is not responding. Also, when I click the original League of Legends icon, it never works. I had to open league every time through league patcher. Help please.
