Lucian can dodge spells now?

Just played a game of 3v3 where I met a Lucian. I, as Vi, used my Q(dash) on him multiple times and it only actually "hit" him once out of all those times I gently fisted his asshole. My buddy Pantheon used his W(stun) on Lucian and all that happened to him was that a small white/grey text appeared next to him that said "dodged".
