Watch and Earn missions are glitched

I am encountering a very weird glitch with the "Watch and Earn" mission tree. When I logged on via website and watched the esport games and it said I had completed the mission. Yet, in the client it never recognized that I have completed the mission nor has it given the reward or progressed the mission tree. Oddly enough, it allowed me to progress the mission tree via online and I have completed the "Watch and Earn" 1-4 missions.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how was it fixed because I have waited for a week now for any update of missions in the client or help from Riot with no avail.
