Low Priority Queue stupid bug

I get disconnected from a game, because someones server in the game failed and I have to wait 10 mins and put in a low priority queue for 5 games is so darn stupid, and it makes me want to stop playing this game. I love this game but it is ridiculous. If there is anything that League of legends support team can help me fix it. That would greatly appreciated and I will leave a great customer service feedback report.
