Unlocking Riven costed me 9600? Plz help!

I finally decided to buy Riven yesterday afternoon, I was soooo excited to see Riven as my champion.

BUT after I clicked Unlock button, my IP dropped from 14000+ to 4000+, I don't know what was happening. It seems a Riven costed me twice as much as it worth... I checked again this morning, my IP remains the same. I mean, an extra 4800 IPs needs a whole lot of time to earn...T_T

Could you plz help me check my account status?

its because all riven mains are salty, so they prepare you ahead of time

Maybe it's the game telling you that you shouldn't have bought Riven.

The pact is made, and you have paid the price. Such is the fate of those who delve into the dark arts.

You had to pay extra for all the salt your about to get

Surprise, Riven actually comes with a maintenance fee. That was the first down payment. (I see the issue is already resolved in the other comments)

Should have lied and said it was Orianna or Volibear. No one on these boards are going to sympathize with a prospective Riven player.

Try to see if you can buy 6300 ip champions. It might most likely be a visual bug. If you can't, then send a support ticket right away. (also, this is highly unlikely, but just check to make sure you didn't buy another 4800 ip champion at the same time, happened to me)

What an oddly appropriate summoner name for a Riven player.

Don't worry, it's a glitch on your client. Same thing happened to me when i bought Quinn. It said i spent more than i actually did.

Just reload your client. It's a bug and your IP total will update on reset.
