I played a quick game of intro bots to check out the new SR, but I found out that the bots can ignore CC. I was playing as Singed and Alistar bot just kept turning back mid fling, same for Nasus bot, effectively interrupting the whole "knock up" from fling.
Has anybody else seen these bugs with other abilities/CC?
I don't believe that to be a "bot" problem, I noticed my friend was having the same problem a week ago or so, where Singed fling just wouldn't happen.
This link is to a Trick2G stream where his friend played Singed and experienced something similar. I think it has to do with being CC'ed while trying to Fling someone simultaneously.

Fast forward to 11:23:15, where he flings Corki under tower while MaoKai cc's him. Occurs multiple times from that point on and when the audio comes back in you can hear them talking about it.
