Password recovery complaint

Someone I know was trying to recover there password and it said they would have to wait for 5 minutes for the email, but the email never came. I don't if this was just a one time problem or what but if it isn't working please fix it.

Maybe the email on the account was changed/different then. Perhaps they should try recovering the whole account instead.
