[GAMEPLAY] Hotkeys dont work in ARAM for a Tristana, worked in game before

I played an ARAM game on tristana immediately after playing a Karthus one that worked perfectly. In the Tristana game, my item and ability hotkeys did not register from the beginning. I could still type in chat and use hotkeys such as ctrl+a for leveling up a skill, but not for using them. My connection is fine and works for everything else. Sometimes if I really mashed the keys or pressed them many times it would work. Keys that did not work were q,w,e,r,a,s,d,f,1,2,3,4,5,6. Keys that did work were ctrl+skill, spacebar, escape, enter, alt+q.

I tried switching hotkeys and changing quickcast but it did not change anything
