[Gameplay] Artifacts in ARAM

Recently I've noticed strange pink artifacts that appear at the end of some ARAM games i played. These happen once in a while and they only appear for a glimpse of a second and i can't screenshot or record it, i never noticed them in Summoner's Rift or Twisted Treeline. Didn't notice them in CS:GO either or any other game i've played for the past 3-4 months or so, they only appear in ARAM. I've tried repairing my client twice so far but i am not sure what the problem is. I am running an ASUS Strix R9 380X with a minor overclock that is stable and hasn't shown any problems so far. I want to think its just some kind of data corruption before i start thinking RMA. Has any1 noticed something similar with a card like mine ? Otherwise i have to believe i lost the silicon lottery and RMA :( Also i've been having strange errors whenever some1 invites me to a lobby or in champion selection i can't pick a champion, but these stopped appearing since 2 days ago.

Do you remember generally where these artifacts appear, and is there some component to the team compositions that might be causing it? As far as the champ select problems, I'm assuming you were talking about dynamic Q? I should also ask if there's anything strange in your game logs or event viewer (if you don't wanna check it's fine).
