{Gameplay} Heimerdinger - Upgrade! Turret Not Attacking

On Heimerdinger when placing his ulted turret it will sit there for multiple seconds without attacking in range targets. It happens slightly more than half the time against one champion/turret. The problem is more likely to occur if multiple enemy champions are in range.

!. Place large turret in range of enemy champions/turret. 2. Watch as it doesn't even acquire a target until it's (almost) to late.
