Darius's ult doesn't reset after he gets a kill with his ult when Ult Lv 2. What I mean is when playing I ulted someone and killed them. I have the 20 seconds to use my ult again, however when I upgrade my ult to Lv 3 during the 20 seconds Darius's ult does not go on cooldown after the 20 seconds is over.

Senerio:

1. Darius ults an enemy champion and kills him with it.
2. 20 seconds to ult again
3. Upgrades Darius's Ult to level 3
4. 20 seconds later and buff goes away
5. Ult is still up and usable.

Another but is where I was playing with my brother. I was playing Darius and my brother was playing Garen. There was a fight that broke out and caused me to ult (but NOT kill the person but lower the person health down) so that my brother can ult the enemy champion to kill him. The thing is my ult, Darius's ult, did NOT kill him however my ult reset. The "ShoutOut" said that Garen killed the enemy champion. I have several cases where this has happened. For example: igniting someone and then ulting them. They don't die from the ult but die from the ignite (or bleed) and my ult resets. I believe there is a very very small time gap in the ult landing and death of enemy champion for Darius's ult to reset. It seems off and I believe these two things I explained are bugs. Still pretty nice to have in the game though besides the upgrading to level 3 ult for Darius. I COULD just wait to ult someone and then upgrade Darius's ult to level 3. Seems to cheap to have.
