[CLIENT] Unable to Select Champ

In the EU West Alpha client, when I attempt to enter game and select a champ, I am unable to, which causes the lobby to end and return to the queue, except for me. I've tried this on multiple times, but I am unable to play even a single game.

Upon further investigation and a new free rotation, I can select Aatrox. Only Trox tho, no one else.

I had the same problem but during banning phase and got a cooldown #feelsbadman
