Unknown error?

When I attempt to buy something in the shop I get a error message saying "An error has occurred unable to purchase item: Unknown error. Also I can't get past the "featured" page of the shop without receiving a session expired. I've relogged many times and it has been happening for the past week. Any feed back will be helpful
