what is the text that appear when jhin ult?

So i was playing with bots. then i notice that the text appear. It goes like

dummy shooting anyone iterate shooting anyone preiterate

and it keep going. then i notice that the text appear when enemy jhin ult. will it be just bug or the hint that new champion is coming? if you know more please tell us. (i was playing on korean server)
