In this case, yes. ;_; It's not optimal, but it's currently how some particles will display when in a bush. There are other instance of this happening, however, until the bush tech is refactored, this is something that won't be resolved.

Thank you very much for replying. I didn't expect a response so quickly, especially from a real Riot member. It seemed trivial when I walked into the bush, but then I was curious so I took a screenshot and posted it here. Are there any plans to make any changes to bushes?

You're welcome! Sorry it's not the ideal answer, but I'd rather be honest, haha. This is something that's a nice to have, in terms of changing the bushes, but it's a huge project.
