Missing Blue Essence

Okay..I can't understand.I got 15k BE, i go to loot, i rewarded 15k, and League of Legends crashed, and when i relogged on League of Legends , i had again 3.7k BE...So like at begginening..Why?..And miss 1000 Rp..Can someone help me please?

You should probably file a ticket if you are missing any BE or RP.
