[MAC] Mouse not staying inside window in windowed mode

I'm trying to play on windowed mode and I have a 27" mac and its just wayyy to big to play on full screen. My problem is that I keep clicking outside of the game when I'm trying to move my camera around. Happens with both software and hardware cursor, and if I play on an empty desktop I just end up creating a bunch of new folders.
