Yasuo Bus still here 6.14

So after patch 6.14 the bug where you cant auto attack after ult actually occurs way more now. I went into a bot game a tested it out. Didn't really think to test till late game though but when I did I got 100% of the time. Also the phantom q ocurs way more now too. Never had problems with that bug but have gotten it about 4 times this patch. I'll take an example of the aa bug someone else. If you need a video that it of me then ask cause I can get that bug so easily recorded for you guys.

13 seconds into the video you can see that he is standing there. Also it seems that stuff like shiv still goes off when this happens as you can see his shiv went off but not the auto attack. Please fix this. It also seems like you guys don't even know about the bugs sometimes cause you don't respond. If you guys can't fix it then tell us. Do we have hope for no reason?
