Bug when refund items

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NES90TkVqnY&feature=youtu.be As you can see, if you buy an item with 200HP, and you wait till your healthbar restores, if you refund the item that you bought, your hp will drop to the HP you had when you bought the item as you can see in the video. This bug has been for a looooong time but its not fixed
