Quinn passive not proccing on auto attacks.

Now, this is just a quick test post to see if I am alone with this, but I have lost a grand number of kills (especially in lane) and often games as a result of auto attacks not proccing my passive. Often several auto attacks are required (this becomes especially apparent on jungle quinn.
