Cassiopeia Twin Fangs (E) Bug

I have been playing Cass for almost 6 months now, I have mastered her and acquired a level 7 mastery with her. However, I realized that I mastered her with a bug, at first I though it was one of the things that made her so difficult. Then I decided to take this to the Practice Tool where I can find her flaws, I found out that if you use her Twin Fangs really quickly in between actions it will automatic move you to your last right mouse click. I linked a similar post however, they didn't know what exactly triggered it. The bug they are encountering can be replicated when you stop all actions by pressing the default S and spamming E right after that. If you think I'm deceiving you, then take it to the Practice Tool and try it out for yourself. I find this a huge flaw if you plan to play her cause when you poison an enemy you basically want to spam your Twin Fangs (E) so you can get the most damage out but this bug makes that really hard.
