IP bug

this has happeneed to me before a bit of time ago, but now its happening again. I was playing games to bring up my ip so i can buy a new champion, and when i did play a game, completed it (an aram), i had enough ip to get it. i went to the store to purchase the champ and it said not enought ip... im looking at my screen 4822, and im tryna click purchase Skarner... i said huh thats weird.. so i logged out and logged back in to see if maybe it just needs a quick restart. when i did. it show my true ip, but then for some reason it flashes, then brings me down to this lower amount, 4486. ..now i know i had more than that because last night i was staying up to bring myself to atleast 4750 ip.... i tried again, login-logout, did the same thing.. flash 4822 then brings me to 4486 saying i dont have enough ip.... riot whats going on? :<
