[Gameplay] Janna self-cast hotkey shield interaction with turrets

As Janna, holding the self-cast hotkey, default alt+spell, and clicking near a turret will shield the turret instead of yourself.

Steps to reproduce:

Use your self -cast bind for shield over a turret.

Janna will move to the turret if it is out of range, then shield it.

What should be happening:

Like any other ally, Janna ignores the cursor placement over the turret and shields herself.

This is 100% reproduceable.
