Influence points issue

I have 6323 IP but your system states I do not have enough IP to purchase Xayah at 6300IP. Please explain how numbers work.

Yeah I've had this issue for like a couple of weeks now. My client shows that I have exactly 523 IP more than I actually do. It shows the correct amount when I relog, but it glitches back when I finish a game. It's super annoying and I haven't been able to find a fix or even an acknowledgement of the bug from Riot.
